Cancelación gratuita (60 días antes de la llegada):
Si la cancelación se produce al menos 60 días antes de la fecha de llegada, se realizará la devolución íntegra del importe abonado.
No hay costes por la cancelación.
Free cancellation (60 days before arrival):
If the cancellation occurs at least 60 days before the arrival date, a full refund of the paid amount will be made.
There are no costs for the cancellation.
Kostenlose Stornierung (60 Tage vor Anreise):
Erfolgt die Stornierung mindestens 60 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum, erfolgt eine komplette Rückerstattung des bezahlten Betrages.
Für die Stonierung fallen keinerlei Kosten an.
Cancelación moderada (menos de 60 días y 30 días antes de la llegada):
Si cancela entre 59 días y 30 días antes de la fecha de llegada, se devolverá el 50% del depósito pagado.
El 50% restante del importe pagado no será reembolsado.
No hay costes adicionales distintos al 50%.
Moderate cancellation (less than 60 days and 30 days before arrival):
If you cancel between 59 and 30 days before your arrival date, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
The remaining 50% of the paid amount will be retained.
Apart from the 50%, there are no other costs.
Moderate Stornierung (weniger als 60 Tage und 30 Tage vor Anreise):
Bei einer Stornierung zwischen 59 und 30 Tagen vor Ihrem Anreisedatum werden 50 % der geleisteten Anzahlung zurückerstattet.
Die restlichen 50 % des gezahlten Betrags werden einbehalten.
Außer den 50 %, fallen keine weiteren Kosten an.
Cancelación estricta (menos de 30 días antes de la llegada):
Si la cancelación se produce con menos de 30 días de antelación a la fecha de llegada, no se realizará ningún reembolso.
El cliente pierde la totalidad del importe pagado.
No habrá excepciones a esta estricta política de cancelación.

Strict cancellation (less than 30 days before arrival):
